SMOKE EVENT IN GALLEY OVEN #2 DURING CRUISE FOR MAYBE 2 MINUTES. FA TURNED OFF OVEN, PULLED BREAKER, SMELL DISSIPATED. WHEN INSPECTED AFTER COOLING DOWN, IT WAS DETERMINED TO BE A PIECE OF CATERING TAPE STUCK TO A TRAY. OVEN MAY NEED TO BE CHECKED AND CLEANED TO ENSURE NO SCRAPS OR RESIDUE REMAIN. MAINTENANCE REPLACED FWD GALLERY #2 OVEN IAW AMM 25-32-03 OPS CHECKS NORMAL.
