AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: C/B TRIPPED REAR PNL S-V ECAM DURING CRUISE. CB S-28 GALLEY CENTOR POPPED WITH LOSS OF POWER FOR BOTH FORWARD AND AFT GALLEYS. FLIGHT ATTENDANTS REPORTED A BURNING SMELL IN AFT GALLEY PRIOR TO CIRCUIT BREAKER POPPING, SMELL DISSIPATED AFTERWARDS. MAINTENANCE REPLACED GALLEY SUPPLY CONTROL RELAY 5XA PER AWM 25-56-01 AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK OF THE GALLEY POWER PER AMM 24-56-00 WITH NO ISSUES / ODORS NOTED.
