EMERGENCY DECLARED, LEVEL AT 15,000 JUST PRIOR TO DESCENT, SMELLED SMOKE AND SAW A LIGHT BLUE HUE IN THE COCKPIT. DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND WENT THRU SMOKE IN COCKPIT CHECKLIST. SEEMED LIKE THE SMOKE DISSAPPATED AROUND 6K. REPLACED RT PACK RAM DOOR ACTUATOR IAW AMM 21-53-04. PERFORMED BITE TEST PASSED.
