SHIP 3272, INFLIGHT BOTH COCKPIT & CABIN EXPERIENCED STRONG ODOR. PILOTS SMELLED A CHEMICAL CLEANER TYPE SMELL. F/A'S REPORTED " ELECTRICAL" SMELL. CARGO COMP INLET TEMP WAS 160 SO WE COOLED IT DOWN.
