CREW REPORTED A HAZE IN THE PASSENGER COMPARTMENT WHEN DEFROSTER SYSTEM WAS IN USE, DURING PREFLIGHT OIL WAS FOUND STREAKING OUT OF BLEED VALVE OUTLET/ EXHAUST ON TOP OF THE ENGINE COWLING.
