A Boeing 777-300ER operated by Russian airline Aeroflot, registered RA-73142 and flying as SU273 from Bangkok to Moscow-Sheremetyevo with over 400 passengers on board, was forced to make an emergency landing in Delhi at approximately 3:50 p.m. local time on Tuesday due to a brief odor of melted plastic detected on the aircraft.
