FLIGHT ATTENDANTS AT DOORS 1L AND 1R REPORT BURNING ODOR FROM FWD GALLEY AREA JUST AFTER LIFTOFF. ODOR DISSIPATED WITHIN A COUPLE OF MINS. ALL GALLEY OVENS & COFFEEMAKERS WERE OFF WHEN ODOR WAS NOTICED. LOCKING CREW REPORTED PLASTIC BURNING ODOR FOR 2 MINS AT FWD GALLEY, AFTER LIFT OFF. ODOR DID NOT RETURN FOR REMAINDER OF FLT. CREW ALSO REPORTED NO VISIBLE SMOKE DURING ODOR. REPLACED FWD GALLEY HEATER ASSY IAW AMM 21-45-30 OPS AND LEAK CHKD GOOD, NO MESSAGES. FWD GALLEY HEATER REPLACED AS A PRECAUTION, ACP FIM 21-20-F5-72A-421A-A , RAN ALL PACKS INDEPENDENTLY FOR LONGER THAN CALLED OUT, ALSO ISOLATED RECIRC FANS. NO FUMES, OR UNUSUAL ODORS NOTED AT THIS TIME.
