A Viva Aerobus Airbus A320-200, registration XA-VAY performing flight VB-684 from Monterrey (Mexico) to Dallas Ft. Worth,TX (USA), was climbing through about FL150 out of Monterrey’s runway 12 when the cabin crew noticed thick smoke and a burning odour in the cabin, that quickly covered the cabin and causing irritations and coughing amongst the passengers.
